Maxx Used Tires Return Policy (Wheel Lights)
Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt (based on delivery confirmation).
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Original order number and proof of purchase are required.
- Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The product has been installed/used;
- There is damage due to mishandling or missing packaging;
- The 15-day return period has expired.
Return Process:

or call [Your Phone Number] with your order number and reason for return. - Obtain Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- Ship the Item Back: Securely repackage the item with protective materials and include the RMA number (returns without an RMA may be rejected).
Refund Details:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item).
Exchange Policy:
If requesting an exchange, please specify the replacement product in your return request. We will prioritize the exchange upon receiving your return.
Exceptions:
Custom-made or clearance items are final sale (this will be clearly marked at purchase).
